Bill has over 30 years’ experience in planning, working predominantly in Local Government where he has held a number of senior planning positions.

Bill has extensive experience in the assessment and facilitation of major residential, commercial and industrial development projects including shopping centres, industrial complexes, mixed use development projects, and master-planned residential communities. Bill’s skills in managing development projects are derived from a thorough understanding of the statutory and strategic planning environment.

One of Bill’s key strengths is his ability to advise and implement appropriate strategies and concepts to maximise development outcomes for clients.
