After hitting several brick walls and not getting anywhere with council, I was referred to Bill to assist in the planning process. In our situation, we were fortunate to have council support with the DAP rejecting our application with nothing seeming to please them. After numerous meetings with council, architect, and another planner we previously used, we weren’t getting the results we needed. Our profits were diminishing as holding costs were increasing.

After being introduced to Bill and having him look at our plans, Bill held a meeting with Senior Council staff and suggested some amendments. The suggested amendments further improved the scheme and had no real impact on the profitability of our project.
